45 minutes, no strings. You leave with useful findings even if you hire nothing.

The proposal is phased, with a closed price
After the diagnostic you get an ESCALA phased plan: what gets done, what you receive, how long it takes and what each phase costs. The price closes before we start; no mid-project surprises.

You pay per phase, not everything upfront
Each phase is complete in itself: if you decide to stop after one, you keep something that works.

Monthly support, optional
After a project you can continue with a monthly retainer: tracking your numbers, improvements and support. Hired and cancelled by the month.
What you can expect from us
- We design every project to pay for itself with the revenue it generates, and we measure it against your baseline.
- If your problem isn't solved by consulting, we tell you at the diagnostic and don't sell you the project.
- If the budget isn't enough to do it right, we propose a smaller but complete phase — or tell you it's not the moment yet.
- Quotes always in writing, with a reference number, scope, timeline and validity.

Is this expensive?
We quote per phase, with a fixed price before we start, and we design every phase to pay for itself with what it generates. If the budget isn't enough to do it right, we propose a smaller but complete phase — or tell you it isn't the right time yet.
I know nothing about technology. Can I do this?
Yes. You know your business; we know the technology. We build tools you use from your phone, train your team and leave a short manual. The project isn't over until they run it alone.
What happens in the free diagnostic?
It's a 45-minute conversation about your business: what you sell, how you operate, where it gets stuck. We leave with your starting numbers and a list of what to move first. You get useful findings even if you never hire us.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope, and we tell you in writing in the proposal. We deliver in parts so you use the first piece while we build the next.
What if it doesn't work?
Before building we write down where your business stands; when we finish, we compare. Every phase is complete on its own: if you decide to stop, you keep something that works.
