I'm an actuary with an MBA from ITAM and over 12 years working in data and analytics. I've spent my career turning numbers into decisions — and learned that the tools big companies use fit small businesses just as well, if someone takes the trouble to adapt them.

Today Exkalibur works with operating businesses — an artisan bakery, a used-car dealer, a home car-wash service — and also builds businesses from scratch. Every project is measured against the business's own baseline: if the result can't be demonstrated, we don't promise it.
