I'm an actuary with an MBA from ITAM and more than 12 years working with data and analytics in banking, fintech and loyalty programs. I've spent my career turning numbers into decisions — and learned that the tools large companies use fit any business just as well, if someone takes the trouble to adapt them.
Today Exkalibur works with businesses in operation — an artisan bakery, a used-car dealership, an at-home car wash — and also builds businesses from scratch. Every project is measured against the business's baseline: if the result can't be demonstrated, we don't promise it.
